The following Terms and Conditions apply to all goods and services purchased from Button Rose Floral Design, whether via the website, email, Facebook site, in person or over the phone.

  • Some flowers may be delivered while still in bud to ensure longevity of the design
  • All specific flowers used are subject to availability and may be substituted with no prior notice for a similar item of equal value and quality
  • In the unlikely event we are unable to fulfill an order placed with us, or provide any suitable substitute, you will be notified as soon as possible and a full refund will be provided
  • Any quotes provided are valid for a maximum of 14 days
  • All prices given will be the total price, inclusive of all extras. We will never have any hidden costs
  • Cancellations of any orders must be made at least 48 hours before delivery/ collection, any cancellations within this 48 hour period will be subject to a cancellation fee of 10% of the cost of the order
  • Payment is accepted via cash on delivery or collection, cheque, in which case the cheque must be cleared prior to delivery/ collection, and Paypal. Our Paypal address will be provided on completion of the order
  • We will take a contact telephone number on placing your order in the event of problems with supplies or delivery
  • In the event you are not satisfied with our service, please let us know via email through our Contact Us page and we will do our best to rectify the problem
  • We will ensure that all data collected by us will be used for the fulfillment of orders and never be passed on to any third party or used for marketing purposes, unless requested to be added to our mailing list. In that case, your details will be used only for the purpose of updating you on our own business and again, will never be passed on
  • Any and all special offers are available for the time period stated only, and any and all competition prizes must be claimed within 4 weeks or be made void
  • Delivery is free on all items over £100, set up is free for all weddings and civil ceremonies/ handfasting celebrations
  • A small delivery fee will apply to all other items delivered non locally, this fee will be disclosed upon placing an order and is dependent on distance
  • If delivery is not possible because the recipient is not home, we will try to deliver to an immediate neighbour and leave a card in the door. If there are no available immediate neighbours, we will have to return with the order and arrange another delivery time. A further delivery charge may apply in this case.
  • All images and photographs are the property of Button Rose Floral Design and may not be published or used elsewhere without the express written consent of ourselves
  • All images and photographs are the designs and work of our florists at Button Rose Floral Design
  • Any and all changes to these terms and conditions will be explained via our Facebook page and to any on our mailing list
